Answer: We do not offer money back guarantees, but we do offer replacement curriculum. Simply contact our team and we will review additional options. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

2.) Question:​​ I have been in home education for many years - what could you offer my child?
Answer: If you are a seasoned home educator then you may not need our help, but we could possibly offer new options or a fresh perspective on curriculum. Pacific Beacon Prep excels at helping new families start their home education experience – navigating options, learning styles, preferences, and challenges. Starting home education can be stressful and we are here to guide you through it!
3.) Question: What about live classes or in person teachers?​​

Answer: We do not offer live classes or in person teachers. Our curriculum is designed for a parent and child to work together on education & learning. However, we offer streaming/DVD/workbook based education in many of the curriculum options. Some streaming options can seem like a live classroom. We are working on partnering with local in person learning options to expand our curriculum options for parents who want a hybrid learning approach.​
4.) Question:​​ Do you accept state education vouchers or reimbursements?

Answer: As of August 2025 we are no longer accepting any new families with direct pay education vouchers. Due to funding and reimbursement issues with multiple different states this was discontinued. Parents must pay up front for the curriculum and then can submit for reimbursement from their state.
5. Question: What makes Pacific Beacon Prep qualified to recommend curriculum?​​

Answer: All of our Education “Preppers” have vast education experience in a variety of schooling. We are not a subsidiary of many of the large curriculum providers, so we show no favoritism; our curriculum recommendations are only based on your child's individual education needs. However, we recognize that Pacific Beacon Prep is not for all. Parents should carefully choose their education curriculum provider and explore multiple options.
6.) Question:​​ Do you facilitate learning between other Pacific Beacon Prep families?

Answer: We do not for various privacy and legal reasons. However, we are looking to partner with local in-person home education options as a potential add-on to our curriculum.
7.) Question:​​ How will you help me choose the curriculum for my child?
​
Answer: We will review your goals, your child's strengths and weaknesses, your child's education journey, and any political or religious preferences. We have a proprietary assessment process to help us choose the best curriculum for your child.
